Overview:

Tsunade is training Sakura and realizes the danger her student is in. Sakura doesn’t know how to respond to a possible ninja kidnapping, Tsunade quickly decides to use a forbidden Futa no Jutsu that turns her into a futa. After training, the jutsu becomes more and more tempting for Tsunade, but there will be other characters who won’t let Tsunade use said jutsu. Besides this, many other events happen similarly to the anime.
