If playing on PC, it can be played both with VR devices such as Oculus Rift or HTC Vive, or without VR headset.
It does not require a lot of movement with your body. Just relax and you should be able to play comfortably.
You can sit on a reclining chair, or can also lay down facing up.
You will not need to stand up and move around.
If the camera angle does not fit with your posture, you can adjust the height of the camera from menu window.
